The website presents ElmamSoft information and supports project-request submission and initial project guidance while limiting the data requested at each step.
1. Hosting and connection data
The website is hosted through Cloudflare. The hosting platform may process technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request time to deliver and protect the site and diagnose faults.
2. Project requests
A draft stays in sessionStorage for the current browser session until submission. When you select “Submit project review,” the visible fields, contact details, and consent are sent to the website server. A request may be stored in Cloudflare KV through the LEADS binding when configured, and a notification may be sent to ElmamSoft through Resend. If no trusted destination is available, the site does not show success and offers WhatsApp or email instead.
3. Retention
When request storage is enabled, the website applies a technical retention period of no more than 12 months to the request and its deduplication identifier. Follow-up correspondence may continue where reasonably needed for the work and agreed obligations.
4. Project advisor
The advisor may send your question and recent conversation context to the website server and, when enabled, to OpenAI for guidance grounded in published ElmamSoft content. The browser keeps a short context in memory while the page is open to improve conversational continuity, and it is not added to the project-request store. The server sends the request with store:false. If the service is unavailable, the advisor uses defined local guidance from the website content.
5. Purpose and sharing
Request information is used to reply, understand the need, and manage follow-up. Project-request information is not sold. Cloudflare, OpenAI, and Resend may each process data according to the role that is enabled and their applicable policies.
6. Sensitive information
Do not send passwords, verification codes, financial details, or patient, employee, or customer records through the form or advisor. A suitable route can be agreed later if discovery requires sensitive files.
7. External channels and analytics
WhatsApp, email, and downloads.elmamsoft.com follow the policies of their operators. This release does not include a Google Analytics identifier or marketing tracker.
